Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing our store for your purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we want to ensure that the process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

To return an item, please ensure that it is in its original unused condition unless it is faulty. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it and issue a refund or exchange as per your preference. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the goods.

If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will assist you with a free replacement, and there will be no need to return the faulty item.

How To Return An Item

1. Please send us an email indicating that you would like to return a product, along with the order number and the date of receipt of the shipment.

2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) depending on where you live.

3. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us as instructed.

4. The refund, excluding the delivery cost, will be issued once we have handled your return. The handling time is up to 10 business days after being received at the warehouse but is usually handled quicker than 10 business days.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special or Recorded delivery service.
